We stayed here while visiting Guedelon which was about 15 minutes down the road. The town was sweet and big enough to have a few dinner options. Naomi was a wonderful host with excellent taste and beautiful rooms. The breakfast was simple and delightful with gorgeous antique table settings and a nice touch of music and personalized travel recommendations as we went on in our journey. It was a delightful stay!

The location in Saint Fargeau could not have been better. The host, although not present because of family problems, was most helpful by txt and telephone to make sure everything happened as it should do, such as gaining access to the property and ensuring breakfast was organised. The building was all you could expect from an old French house where Joan of Arc reputedly stayed. It is also ideal to visit the Guedelon project which is only a few miles away and was the reason for our stay.

Charmingly furnished old building - owner has background in interior decoration, and it shows. Full size bath very welcome. Plenty of soft towels, a comfortable bed, and everything immaculately clean. Lovely traditional continental breakfast. Arrived late due to traffic in Paris, and the owner kindly made us a cup of tea. Heaven! Will definitely book again.

The location was great - a quick walk of a few minutes to the center of town and to the Chateau. The room was clean and quaint, the building was full of character and next to a lovely old church. The hostess was very friendly!

Naomi was a great host and we really enjoyed her company, she was most helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, lovely old restored building with a charming enclosed rear garden. We had an excellent breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location for visiting the surrounding area or for enjoying the historical "spectacle" in the local castle. We stayed in the larger appartment, which was great with the dog. The breakfast was exceptional. All in all, highly recommended!

Quaint accommodation. Our host was very relaxed and had attention to detail for toiletries. Loved the old charm of the place and felt very homely. Good restaurants within walking distance.

pretty garden loved sleeping with the windows wide open. Waking up to church bells , singing birds, sounds of nature. A relief after a hectic week in Paris
